We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that elevate the customer journey across our digital and partner channels. This role will be instrumental in improving customer-facing programs and internal processes, ensuring seamless experiences for our distributors, end users, and partners.

• Lead the introduction and integration of third-party tools such as review platforms (e.g., Trusted Shops, Trustpilot).


• Define the vision and structure for a future warranty program that supports customer trust and satisfaction, preparing the groundwork for implementation in the coming year.


• Create, unify and scale our Premium Partner Program across multiple markets.


• Improve the distributor onboarding process with a focus on clarity, speed, and digital enablement.


• Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and operations to drive consistent customer touchpoints.


• Identify and implement digital solutions to support customer-centric workflows.


• Monitor KPIs related to customer satisfaction, partner engagement, and onboarding efficiency.

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a digital or customer experience context.


• Strong understanding of B2B or B2B2C environments.


• Familiarity with tools like Odoo, review platforms, CRM systems, Woocommerce, automation tools and digital workflows.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
