We’re expanding our administration team in Barcelona and looking for a proactive, organized person who’s ready to bring structure to the world of art and design. If you're the kind of person who loves solving problems, stays two steps ahead, and never lets an email slip through the cracks... keep reading!
💼 What your day-to-day will look like:
- Be the first point of contact at the studio: calls, emails, and visitors.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and rooms like a true logistics master.
- Coordinate travel, bookings, and transportation.
- Keep office supplies and our materials library (yes, we have one!) in check.
- Support accounting and invoicing processes.
- Handle internal requests and make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Oversee compliance with the studio’s internal procedures.
✨ What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- High level of English (you’ll be dealing with international clients and suppliers).
- Background in administration or a related field.
- Autonomy, initiative, and a positive attitude.
- Immediate availability is a plus!
