• Manage and optimize cash flows, ensuring the necessary liquidity for day-to-day operations.
• Oversee daily treasury operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance, and execute operations when required by business needs.
• Manage a team of 5 treasury specialist.
• Propose and lead the implementation and continuous improvement of technological tools and treasury management systems.
• Coordinate with the finance department on short-, medium-, and long-term cash planning and forecasting.
• Manage the company's financial investments, maximizing returns according to the risk profile.
• Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management on treasury status, risk coverage, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies as well as applicable local and international accounting and financial regulations.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

Academic Background:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Postgraduate education or specialized certifications in financial management, treasury, or insurance are a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in corporate treasury functions. + 2 years leading teams.
• Solid track record in cash planning and forecasting, as well as investment management and banking relationships.

• Advanced proficiency in treasury management systems (TMS) and financial ERPs.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, corporate insurance, and capital markets.
• Up-to-date understanding of accounting and regulatory standards, both local and international, related to treasury and insurance.

• Fluent level of English, both spoken and written.
