This is a full-time, on-site role located in Barcelona for a Key Account Manager – Grandes Cuentas. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, developing business plans, and implementing strategies to strengthen client partnerships. They will oversee day-to-day account management activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. Close collaboration with internal teams to meet client expectations and exceed targets will also be a key aspect of the role.

• Exceptional Customer Service skills and ability to resolve client concerns effectively.

• Proficiency in CRM and business management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and flexibility for client meetings as required.
