Your Impact

The Proposal and Contract Management Team (f/m/d) (PCM Team for short) in the Professional Services division is responsible for the preparation of proposals/contracts through to their delivery to the customer. Controlling activities in Salesforce, Excel, and company-specific policies round out the scope of work.

What The Role Offers

• You will create various proposals in MS Word based on submitted input sheets and, if necessary, communicate closely with the relevant initiators.
• You will review the calculations associated with the respective proposal for mathematical accuracy.
• You will assume tasks such as controlling profitability and obtaining approvals and permits.
• You will collect and process information and coordinate with various departments (e.g., Legal, Finance).
• You will manage and maintain digital filing.
• You enjoy communicating and coordinating across departments and always maintain an overview of individual projects.
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Basic legal knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement
• You remain calm and collected even in hectic situations
• Excellent knowledge of common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Several years of professional experience in proposals or a similar field
• The ability to read and understand contractual documents
• A detailed approach and a skilled handling of numbers and text
