We enable students to book housing remotely with clarity and security, while giving landlords a structured and efficient way to manage rentals. The student rental market is largely manual and fragmented; Rezefy brings transparency and reliability to a process that hasn’t evolved at the pace of its users.


As we continue to build, content is at the heart of how we communicate and build trust. We are moving away from traditional marketing to build an in-house, culture-native content engine. We believe that to truly connect with students, our voice must be fast, authentic, and human.

We stay close to our users and the realities of the market, prioritizing practical, creative solutions over abstract ideas. 


Role Overview

Rezefy is building an in-house, culture-native content engine to win attention and build a real community with students. We are moving away from generic messaging to create content that feels fast, authentic, and human.


We are looking for a Content Creator (On-Camera & Storytelling) to join us as part of a dedicated two-person content duo. You will be the primary face and voice of Rezefy across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. You won't just be following a script; you will be a creative driver, constantly researching trends and pitching fresh ideas to keep Rezefy at the center of the student conversation.


Working closely with another Content Creator (focused on editing and execution), you will turn ideas into high-retention videos, film on-ground at campuses and cafes, and help shape our brand’s cultural presence. We prioritize personality, speed, and audience connection over traditional agency polish


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead On-Camera Presence: Act as the primary face of Rezefy across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Storytelling & Narrative: Own the creation of story-driven videos, focusing on strong hooks, clear structure, and high-retention pacing.
  • Creative Ideation: Drive daily content brainstorming and trend research to ensure Rezefy stays ahead of social shifts.
  • On-Ground Execution: Film content in diverse environments, from indoor setups to on-ground activations in streets, campuses, and public spaces.
  • Dynamic Collaboration: Work in a tight loop with another Content Creator (Editor/Execution) to plan, film, and iterate on content daily.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the content calendar and posting cadence to ensure consistency and growth.
  • Community Connection: Drive community interaction by engaging with comments and replies to build a genuine bond with our audience.


What You’ll Work On

  • Original Short-Form Content: Creating high-energy, high-retention videos specifically for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • On-Ground Activations: Leading street interviews and campus-based content—getting out of the office to talk directly to students.
  • Reactive & Trend Content: Identifying viral trends in real-time and translating them into the Rezefy brand voice.
  • Major Launch Campaigns: Developing the face-of-brand content that will drive our upcoming major launch and growth phases.
  • Student Storytelling: Crafting community-focused narratives that move beyond "selling" and focus on the real student experience.


Who We’re Looking For

  • Is a natural on-camera: You are confident, engaging, and don’t take yourself too seriously. You know how to talk to a lens (and to strangers) as if they were friends.
  • Lives on Social Media: You don't just watch trends; you understand why they work. You have a natural instinct for what makes people stop scrolling.
  • Is a Storybuilder: You can take a raw idea and give it a clear structure, a strong hook, and a reason for the viewer to stay until the end.
  • Thrives in a High-Output Environment: You are proactive, fast-moving, and comfortable with the "chaos" of a startup during a launch phase.
  • Is a True Collaborator: You enjoy working in a tight-knit duo, iterating on ideas daily with another creator to get the best result.
  • Is Fluent in English: You have a C1 level or higher (our content and internal collaboration are primarily in English).
