As a Creative Brand Designer at Sporty, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand is experienced across campaigns, promotions, and storytelling. This role goes beyond execution, you’ll bring fresh ideas, creativity, and strong design instincts to craft visuals that capture attention and connect with our audiences.
Based in Madrid, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing and brand teams to develop impactful designs that highlight players, initiatives, and brand identity. What You'll Be Doing
- Translating brand messages into impactful visual campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences
- Creating designs across multiple formats, including digital (social media, web, email), print, and live activations
- Developing and maintaining brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborating with marketing, content, and commercial teams to bring creative concepts to life
- Producing campaign assets that highlight players, events, and promotional initiatives within the sports sector
- Driving creative storytelling through visuals that enhance the brand experience
- Maintaining high standards of design quality, ensuring every output reflects strong taste and originality
- A strong creative mindset, with the ability to turn ideas into compelling visual stories
- Versatility across different design areas, with excellent taste in branding, typography, and visual composition
- A portfolio that demonstrates originality, creativity, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and, ideally, Figma
- A genuine interest in the sports industry and the role design plays in engaging audiences
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and refine ideas while maintaining design integrity
- The ability to manage multiple projects, working proactively and independently to deliver high-quality work
- Experience in a creative agency or brand environment (sports, lifestyle, or entertainment industries a plus)
- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a bonus, though not essential
- Centrally located offices (role dependent) with a hybrid work setup
