Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Backend Developer who is motivated to grow, take on new challenges, and work with modern backend technologies in an agile environment.

Experience
- Around 2 years of experience working with backend technologies.

Required Technical Skills
- Experience building microservices-based architectures
- Strong knowledge of Java 11 or higher (Java 17 / 21 is a plus)
- Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Data
- Familiarity with JPA / Hibernate
- Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational SQL databases
- Solid understanding of unit testing

Nice to Have
- Experience with TDD or BDD
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration practices
- Experience using Git / GitHub
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

Languages
- Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)

Soft Skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies and programming languages
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to grow professionally

Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Or equivalent practical experience in backend development
