We are expanding our Technology team and are looking for an IT Onsite Support Specialist. The mission of this role is to provide high-quality technical support to end users, ensuring the stability, efficiency, and security of IT systems and hardware at our facilities. The position involves hands-on troubleshooting, proactive maintenance, and collaboration with other IT teams to guarantee seamless operations and user satisfaction.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Support users with operating systems, office applications, and enterprise tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents efficiently, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, solutions, and asset inventory.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and service desk teams to maintain IT standards and best practices.
• Assist with system updates, patches, and deployments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and proposing technical solutions.
• Provide technical support for meetings, video conferencing systems, and other onsite IT requirements.

Skill Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support (onsite or helpdesk roles).
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise software.
• Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, IP addressing).
• Experience with IT asset management and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Education Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
