The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our operations team, together we can build an commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.

This role is based in our Madrid office.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard potential Fashion merchants, including business model suggestions, creator affiliation, partners education, and set up their mid and long term account plan and help them grow their business sustainably on the platform
- Own GMV target, consistently driving merchant performance through data, experimentation, and iteration. Analyze Fashion market trends and subcategories performance to identify priorities and new growth opportunities for brand partners.
- Work cross functionally with internal teams and external service vendors to help partners with content on platform.
- Own internal projects to contribute to the ecommerce ecosystem as a whole.
- Come up with initiatives to continuously improve competitiveness advantage.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish ecommerce industry landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change. Fast learner with a strong can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required to communicate with internal stakeholders and external merchants. Additional language skills: Chinese: for internal communication with central teams and local Chinese sellers, where Chinese is the primary language. Arabic: to communicate effectively with Arabic speaking sellers. Other EU Languages: to help sellers with localised content and intraEU creator matchmaking.
- Fast learner with a strong can-do attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong team player, accountable owner of individual performance, and ultimately focused on delivering high standards and results
- Strong sense of social content (livestream and short-video is a preference), content marketing, influencers, and creativity in the categories.
