The Role:
As Founders’ Associate at Workflows, you'll work across our content and GTM engineering departments.
Your first and primary responsibility is owning our LinkedIn Content Services: leading interviews with B2B SaaS founders, asking the right questions to extract content ideas to enable our writing & design team to produce them. This requires genuine curiosity about what founders are building, deeply understanding the technicalities of their business, the ability to earn their trust quickly, and the editorial judgment to know when a piece of content is sharp enough to publish.
Beyond content, you'll take on whatever the business needs. As we scale, that means getting into GTM engineering, outbound systems, AI workflows, and operations. You'll be expected to learn fast, contribute across the board, and grow into a generalist with a strong commercial foundation. The right profile gets excited by this.
Ultimately, this is an opportunity to talk to high-level founders and operators on a weekly basis, while learning to navigate the AI and GTM space in the fastest-growing markets of the world (most of our clients are based in SF, backed by the biggest VCs out there).
This isn't a role for someone who wants a defined lane. It's for someone who thrives without one, and loves talking to founders.
What You'll Own:
LinkedIn Content Services (Primary)
- Lead bi-weekly interview calls with B2B SaaS founders to extract content ideas
- Follow up with founders between calls to develop ideas further and keep momentum
- Company Research: Deep dive into each client's business, product, niche, and ICP before every interaction
- Founder Voice Development: Study and replicate each founder's unique tone, perspective, and communication style
- Study Top LinkedIn Creators: Analyze top voices in each vertical to identify winning content patterns
- Edit written LinkedIn content and designs from our internal content team to ensure accuracy, quality, and authentic founder voice
- Maintain direct client communication and regular check-ins
- Individual contribution in content writing when needed
- Ensure the team delivers 2–3 LinkedIn posts per week per client
- Project Management: Collaborate in Notion & Slack for project management and documentation
Business Operations (Secondary, and growing)
- Get hands-on with GTM engineering concepts: outbound systems, AI workflows, RevOps tooling
- Learn how we build and deploy growth plays across clients
- Contribute to internal operations, process documentation, and strategic projects as needed
- Support the founding team on ad hoc priorities — the scope will expand as you do

Preferred Experience
Must have
- Previous experience in sales, content, or a founder’s associate role
- Great interviewing and communication skills
- Comfortable in talking to founders
- Genuine curiosity about AI, GTM, and testing new tools
- "Everything is figureoutable" mindset
- Fluent in English
Nice to have
- Prior exposure to GTM engineering
- Experience with Clay, n8n and automation tools
- Background working closely with founders or in a startup environment
