Are you a people-driven and results-oriented professional? We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive, positive workplace culture. If you excel at aligning HR strategy with business goals and have a proven ability to lead across all areas of Human Resources—from recruitment and employee engagement to compliance and performance management—then we’d love to meet you!
As an HRBP you will play a key role in shaping and supporting our people strategy. You’ll be responsible for implementing HR policies, driving talent development initiatives, and acting as a trusted partner for leadership and employees alike. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless employee experience that supports both individual growth and organizational success. Fluency in English is essential (will be assessed).

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and extend employment offers.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration and all documentation is completed.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Support the salary review and bonus planning processes.
- Administer employee benefits programs and respond to related employee queries.
Personnel Administration:
- Manage employee absences, holiday tracking, and related platforms.
- Handle documentation for sick leaves, leaves of absence, and terminations.
- Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
Employee Relations & Support:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate guidance.
- Support conflict resolution and ensure a positive work environment.
Performance & Development:
- Coordinate and support performance review cycles and development plans.
- Drive initiatives to improve feedback culture and individual growth.
Internal Communication & Engagement:
- Strengthen internal communication channels and promote team engagement.
- Encourage active participation in company initiatives and knowledge sharing.
Retention & Offboarding:
- Implement strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee satisfaction.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to inform retention strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
