Job Description

We are now looking to recruit a talented French-speaking (German is a strong plus) Marketing Executive whose focus will be to support, sustain and grow the strong presence of our brands in Switzerland and other smaller European markets, whilst also providing some support for projects in other markets when needed. The position is based within the Regional European marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Manager DACH & International. The role would involve working with an international team, based in offices across Europe and would offer extensive exposure to international marketing, using a variety of digital and traditional offline channels.

The position would ideally suit someone with previous experience in a marketing role, which required operating in both French and English, looking to join an international company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities will include:

• Creating and implementing a marketing activity calendar to drive leads and conversion efforts through online and offline channels
• Supporting the development and implementation of Regional Marketing projects, with focus on growing revenue and ROI
• General marketing research, including competitor activity monitoring, to create new and creative campaign ideas
• Working with the content, email, design, and web teams to develop digital campaigns
• Website and blog management: writing, translating, and proofreading content
• Writing compelling content
• Outreach, digital PR and best practice industry trends
• Sourcing and securing sponsorship / blogger partnerships / influencers
• Social media planning, research, and execution
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
• Organizing events such as exhibitions and fairs.
  
  

• Spoken and written fluency in French and English (German or Italian is a plus)
• You are in posses of Spanish Social Security number and NIE ( or process initiated)
• Solid awareness of the Swiss culture as well as other European countries
• Relevant marketing experience.
• Keen interest in online trends, technology, social media, blogs, and travel.
• Ability to think creatively and contribute ideas, experience and passion in creating content.
• Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proven success in applying strategy, using marketing channels with focus on digital.
• Experience with website analytics tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, website management (CMS), and mass email (CRM).
• PPC and best performance media practice (desirable).
• Complimentary experience of offline marketing (desirable).
• High levels of energy and self motivation.

Buscamos incorporar un/a Creador/a de Contenido Digital con experiencia, para apoyar al equipo de marca de una agencia en crecimiento.

Una persona creativa, resolutiva y con visión estratégica, capaz de conectar con los clientes y trabajar codo a codo con el equipo creativo para dar vida a proyectos que marquen la diferencia.

Tus funciones:

- Recoger y comprender briefings para transformarlos en ideas y propuestas efectivas.
- Crear contenido audiovisual (imagen, vídeo, storytelling) alineado con la identidad de cada marca.
- Gestionar y programar publicaciones en RRSS (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X…).
- Planificar campañas en Google Ads y realizar seguimiento de resultados.
- Analizar métricas, generar informes y proponer mejoras continuas.
- Detectar oportunidades y tendencias digitales que impulsen la presencia y resultados de las marcas.
- Redactar textos publicitarios y contenidos con un tono creativo y excelente ortografía.
- Participar con el departamento de cuentas en la elaboración, seguimiento de proyectos y control
de presupuestos.


Se valorará:

- Conocimientos de packaging, branding y comunicación visual.
- Manejo de herramientas de analítica y reporting (Google Analytics, Meta Business, etc.).
- Experiencia como ejecutiva de cuentas, Community Manager o en gestión de redes sociales.
- Buen nivel de inglés
- Conocimientos de SEO, SEM y marketing digital.
