A luxury property located in one of the most exclusive areas of the North Girona Province (Pre-Pirineos) is seeking a House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-end lodge focused on refined hospitality, cycling culture, wellness, outdoor lifestyles, and highly personalized guest experiences.
The property is a member of an exclusive luxury villas collection that is currently developing similar high-end projects in key destinations around the globe, offering long-term growth opportunities and exposure within an international hospitality group.
This is a hands-on, on-site role with strong operational responsibility, ensuring service excellence, smooth daily operations, and close coordination with ownership and senior management.
Role Overview
The House Manager will be responsible for the overall daily functioning of the property, acting as the main point of contact for guests, staff, and external suppliers. The role combines operational leadership, guest hosting, wellness and experience coordination, events organization and execution, coordination of small-scale F&B operations, and strong oversight of maintenance, ensuring that the house, landscaping, wellness areas, and surrounding grounds are maintained to the highest standards. The position has a strong focus on cycling, outdoor, and wellness experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure high hospitality and service standards
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, groundskeeping, wellness-related operations, and external service providers
- Ensure the house, outdoor areas, wellness facilities, and overall property are maintained to luxury standards at all times
- Act as the primary host and guest liaison, ensuring a personalized and seamless experience
- Manage arrivals, departures, schedules, and daily operational planning
- Organize and execute small events and private gatherings in coordination with management
- Coordinate small F&B operations, including service flow, suppliers, and quality standards
- Coordinate and monitor preventive maintenance and timely resolution of technical issues
- Support and coordinate operations related to cycling groups, wellness programs, outdoor experience activities, and events when required
- Coordinate with management on operational reporting and performance
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety standards, and local regulations
Profile & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a House Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role in luxury hospitality, private villas, or boutique hotels
- Previous experience working in remote or countryside destinations
- Experience organizing small-scale events and coordinating F&B operations
- Strong operational mindset with particular attention to property, wellness areas, and grounds maintenance
- Strong service mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proactive, autonomous, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable in a hands-on, on-site operational role
- Interest or experience in cycling, wellness, and outdoor lifestyles is a strong plus
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Catalan is a strong plus
- Additional languages are an advantage
Contract & Conditions
- Seasonal contract for 2026 (9 months)
- Starting date: February 2026
