Descripción del puesto:
Buscamos una persona proactiva, organizada y con excelentes habilidades de comunicación para unirse a nuestro equipo como Asistente Administrativo(a). Será responsable de apoyar las operaciones diarias de la empresa, gestionar documentación, coordinar agendas y brindar soporte a diferentes áreas.
Responsabilidades principales:
Gestionar y archivar documentos físicos y digitales.
Atender y canalizar llamadas, correos y consultas.
Coordinar reuniones, citas y eventos.
Preparar informes, presentaciones y reportes administrativos.
Apoyar en tareas de facturación, compras y control de inventario.
Requisitos:
1. Formación en Administración, Contabilidad o áreas afines
2. Conocimiento en el área financiera
3. Experiencia mínima de 4/6 años en puestos similares.
4. Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas( Word, Excel, PowerPoint ) y correo electrónico.
5. Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo presión.
6. Atención al detalle y alto nivel de organización.
7. Inglés c1/c2 (se valora mas idiomas)

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant based in Valencia, Spain, with some flexibility for remote work. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, organizing meetings, and supporting various executive-level tasks to ensure operational efficiency and smooth communication across teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Executive Support and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with executives, teams, and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling and meeting coordination
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Proficiency in office productivity tools and calendar management software
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or additional languages is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
Employment Conditions & Performance Expectations
This is a full-time employment role with an initial six-month probation period.
During this period, performance will be assessed on a monthly basis, with a strong focus on:
- reliability and responsiveness
- accuracy and attention to detail
- ability to manage priorities independently
- quality of communication with senior stakeholders
The role is designed for individuals who are comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with clear expectations and regular feedback. Continued employment is contingent on meeting defined performance standards.
