What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional service to customers, helping them find the perfect product.
• Learn about our brands and products to become an expert.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve goals in a challenging and rewarding environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service.
• Positive energy, excellent communication skills, and an outgoing personality.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Flexible schedule to work weekdays and weekends.
• Must reside in Ibiza or have accommodation for the season (near the airport). (We do NOT provide housing).

• Competitive salary: €20,000 - €24,000 (gross annual + performance-based bonus) + end-of-campaign bonus.
