Cultures Link is a Cádiz-based online startup (est. 2024) that helps international teams communicate effectively and assists individuals in reconnecting with their cultural roots through expert mentorship and practical resources.

We are looking for an EU Grant Specialist to join us on a contingency basis to help us acquire funding to meet our mission of improving cross-cultural communication in workplaces and reducing feelings of cultural shame or disconnection felt by diaspora communities. We are an impact-based startup that is deeply passionate about the work we do, but the only thing holding us back is the lack of financial resources.

Compensation: For every grant acquired, you will receive between 10-12%

Apply for this position if you:

• Have a proven track record with EU grants (Horizon Europe, EIC, etc.)
• Experience with funding applications worth €15-30k
• Willingness to work on a success-fee basis (10-12%)
• Understanding of Spanish/EU startup ecosystem
• Strong application writing & compliance expertise
