En SASA estamos impulsando proyectos de transformación de nuestra Dirección T&O y queremos incorporar a una persona con experiencia en definición de procesos y análisis de los datos, capaz de optimizarlos acompañando a los equipos en su implantación.

Este rol es clave para asegurar la solidez tecnológica y operativa de SASA en una etapa de transformación en los diferentes sistemas que manejamos en los cuales queremos potenciar el sistema de People en toda su amplitud, con el objetivo de automatizar tareas y actividades del día a día, redefiniendo procedimientos y ganando en agilidad en su puesta en producción. Por eso, buscamos a alguien que no solo domine las distintas herramientas tecnológicas y este acostumbrado hablar con las distintas áreas de negocio en un entorno dinámico para acompañarlos en la definición, pruebas e implantación de los procesos con foco en mejora continua constante.

¿Qué harás?

Coordinación con los proveedores y cliente interno en actividades y tareas E2E.

  Analizar si los Sistemas están operando conforme a las políticas de nuestros Socios, las propias Internas y de nuestros Clientes (a nivel de ciberseguridad y de control) y los estándares técnicos del sector de IT.

  Revisar las herramientas y mecanismos para la gestión y control de la tecnología en entornos productivos o pre-productivos.

  Impulsar desarrollos tecnológicos que automaticen actividades manuales sobre la operativa diaria de los empleados de la Compañía.

  Colaborar con las Áreas de Negocio juntamente con la Asesoría Jurídica (AAJJ) y las áreas de Control sobre las iniciativas de D+I y su posterior seguimiento hasta la implantación en Producción y su posterior seguimiento Post implantación.

About The Role

Location: Spain

• You’ll be part of the Engineering team and adding value to our applications, allowing people to reach the best experiences in their cities.

• Design easy-to-use, performant, and exciting web experiences serving thousands of users around the world.

What would you do at Fever?

On your first month in Fever (Onboarding period):

You’ll join a structured onboarding program designed to help you ramp up smoothly. During this period, you will:

• Meet your buddy and team, and get to know Fever’s culture and ways of working.
• Set up your local environment and become familiar with our Python-based stack, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Learn about our architecture and observability tools while contributing small improvements and fixes.
• Have your first code running in production and a clear understanding of our delivery flow and processes.
• By the end of the onboarding, you’ll be ready to join your long-term squad and start contributing to larger initiatives.
  
  

After 3 months in Fever:

You’ll be confidently collaborating and delivering at full speed. You will:

• Design and implement end-to-end features within your squad.
• Participate in architectural discussions and propose improvements across our services and APIs.
• Work with event-driven systems and focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and other Engineering teams to enhance our platform and developer experience.
  
  

On your 6th month in Fever:

You’ll be fully established as a key contributor in your team. You will:

• Take ownership of core components and help evolve their architecture.
• Lead by example through code reviews, design sessions, and mentoring.
• Contribute to best practices in areas like scalability, observability, and system design.

About You

• You’re smart, get stuff done, have great energy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You've solved frontend challenges at large scale applications, thinking about performance, scalability and best practices.
• You have experience solving cross-browser compatibility issues.
• You have deep experience creating responsive designs.
• You have a strong understanding of RESTful APIs, doing API-first development and working with OpenAPI specifications.
• You comply with defined coding standards, creating quality code. You can't think of coding without tests.

About The Process

• Talent Interview - 1h: An intro to Fever, our culture and a conversation about your background and experience.
• Technical Assignment: Your opportunity to demonstrate all you know! You will have to solve a set of challenges within a time constraint.
