• Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn, job platforms, and networking
• Match high-potential candidates with roles that align with your clients’ goals
• Build deep expertise in your market and become a go-to consultant for both companies and professionals
• Play a key role in driving business growth and shaping the future of your specialist market

You’ll Fit Right In If You:

• Have progressed in your hospitality, hotel, F&B or guest services career (e.g. team leader, supervisor, assistant manager, manager)
• Are confident with people, calm under pressure, and love taking ownership of outcomes
• Want to transition into a long-term, growth-focused career with real progression
• Hold a EU Passport or EU Citizenship and are willing to relocate to Malta
• Are ready to start a new chapter - one where your success is measured, rewarded, and in your hands
