Mission: Take a client from signed engagement to teams actively using agentic solutions in production, then drive that adoption wider and deeper.

Profile

• Enterprise program / delivery management background, comfortable running multi-stakeholder engagements in regulated environments (security, compliance, data governance sign-offs).
• Deep firmware and embedded development background required. Not a hands-on coding role, but you must have built or delivered firmware previously. The teams you onboard are firmware and embedded engineers, so you need real credibility with them across toolchains and cross-compilation, hardware-in-the-loop and on-target testing, board bring-up, and embedded release cycles.
• Strong on adoption: knows that getting software live is the easy half; the real work is change management, finding champions, building usage playbooks, and getting teams to switch from old tools. Measures success in active usage and expansion, not go-live dates.
• Working fluency in agentic solutioning: understands what agents, workflows, and AI-assisted automation are and where they fit, enough to prioritize use cases by value and readiness, scope realistically, and call out when something is being oversold. Can judge where these solutions behave differently against embedded targets versus application code. Not expected to build but must hold a credible technical conversation.
• Outcome-driven operator: sequences work, kills blockers, runs a clean governance cadence, and keeps a clear line of sight from each use case to business value.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish or Catalan.
• No prior AAVA experience required; will learn the platform on the job.
