If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:
- Leads Problem Resolution Cross Functional Team using 8D-process:
- To analyze any product non-conformities in order to solve issues and verify customer or ALV concern
- To communicate and follow up (8D) with the other areas
- To analyze internal ppm, and generate continuous improvement actions
- Actively involved in PFMEA Go, See & Fix in serial production (enhance error proofing)
- Coordinate a team for Production quality tasks execution
- Updates control plans and ensure that quality planning documentation is always updated (for example PFMEA, SWI, visual aids)
- Leads & Participates product/process/dock audits
- Supports implementation and maintenance of local and global Yokoten actions and lessons learned
- Supports Serial changes (AS007)
- Responsible for execution of Manufacturing Release, in the case of serial change (AS007)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- High level of English
- Quality tools,
- Manufacturing and Operations knowledge
- Excellent technical and human skills.
- Analytical thinking and teamwork spirit.
- Flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment.
