Your Responsibilities – What You Can Expect

• Together with your team, you design, develop, and enhance the web frontends of our Energy Management System – ranging from real-time visualization of energy flows and dashboard widgets to the control of battery storage systems, charging stations, and photovoltaic (PV) systems. You will mainly work with React, TypeScript, and Vite.
• You develop, maintain, and document our component library (Design System), ensuring a consistent look & feel across projects – documented and visually testable using Storybook.
• You create interactive data visualizations and charts to display energy consumption and generation, profitability analyses, and system states.
• You integrate GraphQL interfaces to ensure type-safe communication with our backend services and guarantee performant, stable, and scalable data flows between frontend applications, Edge and Cloud APIs.
• You implement complex forms and configuration interfaces – for example, for parameterizing battery systems, charge/discharge profiles, and simulation scenarios – with a strong focus on validation, usability, and intuitive user experience.
• You support the deployment of our application as a mobile app for iOS and Android using Capacitor – from platform-specific optimizations to the integration of native features.
• You work with internationalization (i18n) to provide our applications in a structured and sustainable multilingual setup.
• You ensure the quality of our frontend applications with unit tests, component tests, end-to-end tests, and API mocking, and you contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing strategy.
• You take full ownership of the design, implementation, documentation, and quality assurance of your software modules, ensuring their long-term maintainability, scalability, and high code quality.
  
  

• A degree in Computer Science, Media Informatics, Technical Informatics, or a comparable field of study.
• Very good knowledge of modern frontend technologies and tools, especially React, TypeScript, and Vite.
• Solid experience with state management, GraphQL, and component-based architecture.
• Confident use of UI component libraries and modern CSS approaches is an advantage.
• Experience in cross-platform development is a plus.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and experience with Storybook to ensure high code quality are desirable.

We are seeking a Developer Experience Engineer to join our centralized DevOps Tools Team. As a Developer Experience Engineer, you define and configure development environments that software engineers rely on every day. You focus on creating reliable, secure, and consistent developer profiles including IDEs to command‑line tooling and possible CI/CD integration.

Working closely with platform, security, and product engineering teams, you continuously improve the developer experience by reducing friction, increasing automation, and enabling engineers to focus on building high‑quality software.

• Design, develop, and maintain developer client tools such as CLIs, IDE configurations and local development environments.
• Standardize and automate developer onboarding and local setup across Linux and Windows.
• Integrate client tools with source control, CI/CD pipelines, artifact repositories and package managers.
• Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure secure, policy‑compliant developer environments.
• Act as a technical point of contact for engineering teams, gathering feedback and translating it into tooling and end-to-end developer workflow improvements.
• Document tools, workflows, and best practices to enable self‑service and adoption at scale.

• A strong background in software engineering, DevOps, Docker, platform engineering or developer productivity.
• Solid programming skills in at least one language such as Python, Bash, Powershell or TypeScript.
• Experience working with CI/CD systems and integrating local tooling with build and release pipelines.
• Hands‑on experience with build tools and dependency management, Package managers (e.g. npm, pip, Maven), Linux and Windows environments (preferred).
• A strong focus on developer experience, usability and automation.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to document and explain technical solutions.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• Experiencia previa como Arquitecto/a de Soluciones o rol equivalente.
• Background técnico sólido en .NET y frontend moderno (React / TypeScript).
• Experiencia en liderazgo técnico, acostumbrado a modernizar entornos legacy y rehacer desde 0. Toma de decisiones clave en soluciones técnicas.
• Visión end-to-end de arquitectura y diseño de sistemas.
• Experiencia trabajando en entornos cloud.
• Capacidad para interactuar con negocio y participar en decisiones estratégicas.

• Banda salarial: hasta 71K.
• Vacaciones: 26 días.
• Modalidad Fullremote + 4/5 días al mes en oficina.
• Horario: 8:00-9:30, salida 17:30-19:00. Viernes: jornada intensiva de mañana.
• Julio y agosto: 8:00 a 15:00h
