Qué harás

We're running 100,000+ conversations per month for some of the biggest education groups in Spain, including UNIR, Grupo Planeta, OMNES Education, Ironhack and Wall Street English. We've grown without proper outbound/inbound motions and we just made our first sales hires. In 2025 we raised €1.1M from leading European investors.

We sell to CMOs and CSOs at education companies. Our buyers care about speed to lead, conversion rates and CAC. If you understand customer acquisition funnels, you’ll speak their language. We target mid-market and enterprise clients, with high ACV and low churn.

Your mission is to get our AI agents live and performing for every new customer, and to turn what you learn in the field into product. You'll own deployments end to end: from the first technical call with the customer to an agent that moves the metric that matters most to us: lead to booking.

You'll work closely with the CTPO and the founding team and play a key role in shaping how our company deploys and scales.

🧩 The role

This is not a pre-sales role and not a ticket-queue engineering role. It's both halves at once: you sit with admissions, marketing and IT teams to understand how they really turn an enquiry into an enrolment and then you write the code, prompts and evals that make our agents do it better on WhatsApp and on the phone.

You'll be the person who knows each customer's funnel best, and the person who tells the product team which problems we keep solving by hand and should solve once, for everyone.

🗓️ Your first 90 days

First 30 days → learn by shipping. Get to know our product, stack and customers. Ship your first improvements to a live deployment. Get hands-on with our voice agents (STT + LLM + TTS): per-turn latency and cost are tracked on every conversation, and you'll help keep them where they need to be. Join customer calls alongside the team.

By day 60 → own a deployment. Lead at least one customer deployment end to end: discovery, CRM integration (e.g. our native Zoho integration, HubSpot or own customer's CRM), conversation design, evals and go-live, including multichannel outreach where voice and WhatsApp work together. Report its lead to booking impact.

By day 90 → make it repeatable. Own a portfolio of customer deployments. Measurably improve lead to booking on at least one of them (voice is where we see the biggest gap today). Feed what you learn into the agent's self-improvement loop and turn one recurring field learning into a shipped product improvement. Write v1 of the deployment playbook.

🎯 What you’ll do

• 🛠️ Deploy and integrate our agents: take new customers from kickoff to go-live across WhatsApp and voice (STT + LLM + TTS)
• 🔌 Own CRM and data integrations: connect our agents to customers' systems (Zoho, HubSpot, and whatever else they run) so leads, bookings and outcomes flow both ways, reliably
• 🧠 Design prompts, flows and evals: build the conversation logic for each customer, write evals and iterate until quality is measurable, not anecdotal
• 🎙️ Keep voice fast and affordable: watch per-turn latency and cost per conversation, find the bottleneck (speech-to-text, the model, text-to-speech, telephony) and fix it; help us evaluate new approaches such as live speech-to-speech models
• 📈 Measure and improve lead to booking: instrument every deployment, read the conversations, find where leads drop and fix it
• 🤝 Be the technical face for customers: run technical discovery, workshops and reviews with admissions, marketing and IT teams, manage expectations and earn their trust quickly
• 🔁 Turn field learnings into product: spot patterns across customers, write them up, and build or push for reusable features, templates and tooling with the product and engineering team
• 🚀 Lay the groundwork to scale: document the deployment playbook so that the next ten customers go live faster than the last one

Da forma a la cara visible de una plataforma agéntica que está redefiniendo el desarrollo de software.

En el Área Corporativa de Tecnología, equipo de Reef Lab, buscamos a alguien con dominio absoluto de Angular y una visión de conjunto de cómo debe construirse un frontend robusto, escalable y mantenible, sin dejar de disfrutar programando cada día. La interfaz de esta plataforma tiene que estar a la altura de lo que hay detrás: agentes de IA cubriendo todo el ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software.

¿Qué es exactamente esta plataforma? Es un producto propio de Mapfre que cubre de extremo a extremo el ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software: agentes de IA especializados ayudan a definir y completar los requisitos de un proyecto, generan y revisan código, construyen interfaces y ejecutan el testing de forma automática. El objetivo es acelerar cada una de esas fases apoyándose en agentes de IA, y convertirse en el estándar interno de Mapfre para desarrollar software asistido por IA.

En este rol no solo construirás la interfaz de la propia plataforma: también definirás las directrices técnicas bajo las que los agentes de IA generan frontales para otros proyectos, y darás soporte técnico a los equipos de los distintos países que utilicen esos proyectos.

Esta plataforma no se queda en un único mercado: está pensada para desplegarse en todos los países en los que Mapfre tiene presencia. Quien se incorpore formará parte de un proyecto con verdadero alcance internacional, con impacto directo en equipos y usuarios de múltiples geografías, y con la proyección profesional que eso conlleva.

¿Qué podrás hacer con nosotros?

• Definir la estructura, patrones y estándares del frontend de la plataforma en Angular.
• Desarrollar interfaces complejas que expongan de forma clara el trabajo de los agentes de IA a lo largo del ciclo de vida del software.
• Tomar decisiones técnicas sobre la evolución del frontend, manteniéndote implicado en el desarrollo activo del código.
• Colaborar estrechamente con los perfiles de producto y backend para garantizar una experiencia coherente de principio a fin.
• Velar por el rendimiento, la accesibilidad y la calidad del código en toda la capa de presentación.
• Establecer las guías de diseño técnico del frontend (estructura de módulos, gestión de estado, convenciones) que seguirá el resto del equipo.
• Auditar y elevar el nivel técnico del código Angular existente, participando en revisiones de código de otros desarrolladores.
• Dar directrices técnicas a los agentes de IA para que construyan frontales conforme a los estándares definidos y ayudar a construir la propia plataforma que los orquesta.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

• Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en desarrollo frontend, trabajando de forma intensiva con Angular en proyectos productivos de gran escala.
• Experiencia demostrada en más de 10 proyectos de aplicaciones complejas donde se haya definido desde cero el diseño técnico del frontend (estructura de módulos, gestión de estado, patrones de comunicación con backend).
• Dominio experto y contrastable de TypeScript y del ecosistema Angular (RxJS, NgRx o similar, formularios reactivos, lazy loading).
• Trayectoria demostrable tomando decisiones técnicas de alto nivel sobre el diseño del frontend, manteniéndote a la vez activo en el desarrollo diario, no solo en tareas de diseño o revisión.
• Fuerte experiencia usando agentes de IA en la construcción de frontales, así como desarrollando con agentes de desarrollo tipo Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, OpenCode u OpenHands.
• Conocimiento amplio del ecosistema de soluciones UI/UX (sistemas de diseño, librerías de componentes, herramientas como Figma) y de cómo trasladarlo a un frontal Angular real.
• Experiencia con testing de frontend (Jasmine, Karma, Cypress, Playwright o similares) en proyectos productivos.
• Vocación clara de seguir programando de forma activa: buscamos a alguien con visión de conjunto que quiera seguir con las manos en el código, no solo supervisando.

En este contexto, buscamos incorporar un/a AI Solutions Architect & Lead, un perfil senior con una sólida trayectoria tecnológica, visión de negocio y capacidad para diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones avanzadas de inteligencia artificial generativa.

La persona seleccionada trabajará directamente con el CEO de la compañía, participando activamente en la identificación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio, el desarrollo de proyectos estratégicos y la implantación de soluciones tecnológicas para nuestros clientes.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?

Desarrollo de negocio y relación con clientes

• Participar junto al CEO en reuniones con clientes, socios estratégicos y administraciones para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
• Analizar las necesidades de los clientes y transformarlas en soluciones de inteligencia artificial viables y con impacto medible.
• Elaborar propuestas técnico-económicas, estimaciones de costes, presupuestos y análisis de rentabilidad.
• Participar en procesos de negociación, licitaciones y desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades comerciales.

Arquitectura y desarrollo de soluciones de inteligencia artificial

• Diseñar e implementar soluciones de IA generativa utilizando nuestra plataforma tecnológica propia, Serenity Star.
• Desarrollar arquitecturas basadas en modelos LLM, RAG, agentes inteligentes y herramientas de automatización.
• Participar directamente en el desarrollo de aplicaciones, integraciones y soluciones tecnológicas mediante Python, .NET y/o TypeScript.
• Integrar soluciones con sistemas empresariales, APIs, bases de datos y plataformas cloud.
• Liderar el proceso técnico desde el diseño y prototipado hasta el despliegue y puesta en producción.
• Garantizar la calidad, seguridad, escalabilidad y cumplimiento normativo de las soluciones desarrolladas.

Liderazgo técnico y gestión de proyectos

• Coordinar equipos técnicos internos y proveedores externos en función de las necesidades de cada proyecto.
• Supervisar la planificación, ejecución, calidad y cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.
• Actuar como interlocutor técnico de referencia para los clientes.
• Gestionar el seguimiento y la evolución de las soluciones implantadas.
• Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas en producción, incluyendo monitorización, soporte y mejora continua.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Experiencia mínima de 10 años en desarrollo de software, arquitectura de soluciones y proyectos tecnológicos.
• Al menos 2 años de experiencia demostrable en el desarrollo e implantación de soluciones de IA generativa en producción.
• Conocimientos sólidos de LLMs, arquitecturas RAG, agentes de IA, tool calling y evaluación de modelos.
• Experiencia práctica en desarrollo con Python, .NET y/o TypeScript.
• Experiencia trabajando con plataformas cloud como Azure, AWS o Google Cloud.
• Experiencia en desarrollo de negocio tecnológico, análisis de necesidades, elaboración de propuestas y relación directa con clientes.
• Capacidad para diseñar, desarrollar y desplegar soluciones tecnológicas de principio a fin.
• Experiencia en coordinación de proyectos, equipos técnicos y proveedores externos.
• Conocimientos de operación y mantenimiento de sistemas en producción.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y orientación a resultados.
• Nivel de inglés C1 y español nativo o bilingüe.
• Residencia en Valencia o disponibilidad para trasladarse y realizar desplazamientos profesionales.

• Experiencia previa como CTO, Solutions Architect o fundador/a de una startup tecnológica.

At Hero Gaming, we are looking for a talented and hands-on Senior AI Automation Engineer to help transform how we develop, test and release software.

We want to move beyond traditional test automation and build an intelligent, AI-driven testing platform that can autonomously explore applications, generate and maintain tests, identify defects and continuously adapt as our products evolve.

This is an opportunity to take full ownership of a new technical initiative, combining strong software engineering skills with the latest developments in large language models (LLMs), AI agents and browser automation.

You will have the freedom to explore new approaches, select appropriate technologies and turn ambitious ideas into reliable, production-ready solutions.

Our goal is simple: reduce repetitive manual testing, detect issues earlier and enable faster, more confident software releases.

What You Will Do

Build Our AI-Driven Testing Platform

• Design, develop and own a scalable AI-powered testing framework from the ground up.
• Develop AI agents capable of exploring applications, generating test scenarios, executing tests and analysing results.

We are looking for a strong software engineer with proven iGaming experience who enjoys building systems, solving complex problems and experimenting with emerging technologies.

You should be comfortable taking an idea from concept to production, making independent technical decisions and delivering working solutions.

Required Experience

• Proven hands-on experience in the iGaming industry is mandatory, preferably within online casino or sportsbook platforms.
• Strong understanding of iGaming player journeys, including registration, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, gameplay and wallet transactions.
• Familiarity with iGaming platform architecture, third-party integrations, payment providers and game providers.
• Strong software engineering background with excellent programming skills, preferably in TypeScript, JavaScript or Python.
