¿Qué debes de saber?

Tu principal desafío será la consecución de la integración completa de soluciones SaaS EDI, de facturación electrónica y cumplimiento tributario (VAT Compliance, eReporting, etc.).

Al situar nuestro servicio de consultoría técnica en el centro, participarás en todas las fases del proyecto de integración: desde la valoración de las tareas recibidas a través de Dirección de Proyectos y coordinadas por la Dirección de Equipos, la discusión de las mismas en los Daily Scrum, la ejecución de las tareas planificadas, formación y soporte al cliente.

¿Cómo superar el reto?

• Tu primer paso en EDICOM será participar de un curso de especialización de seis semanas aproximadamente a tiempo completo, desde la que te enseñaremos todo sobre SaaS EDI, facturación electrónica y cumplimiento tributario.
• Una vez tengas acotado el sprint y dispongas de tus tareas definidas, valoradas y asignadas en tu backlog, podrás gestionar tu tiempo para llegar a lo planificado.
• Tus tareas serán la automatización de las conversiones de formatos ERP (IDOC, csv, XML, JSON, etc) del emisor a otros formatos estándar (EDIFACT, ODETTE, X12, VDA, Peppol, XML UBL) para su integración según el formato ERP del receptor. Para ello:

1. Ante necesidades y con cierta experiencia podrás realizar desarrollos a medida (informes), analizarás sus necesidades y te ocuparás de su desarrollo. Asimismo, tomarás y trasladarás los requerimientos de nuevas pantallas al área de I+D (Investigación y Desarrollo) para que desarrolle estas nuevas funcionalidades.
2. Parametrizarás el SaaS EDI al cliente para la correcta adecuación del proyecto.
3. Parametrizarás los distintos protocolos de comunicación segura (API, AS2, Web Service, RESTFul, Adaptador Java, SFTP, OFTP2, etc.). para el envío de información entre empresas. Realizarás test de comunicaciones.
4. Según proyectos y por los requisitos del cliente, programarás en JavaScript para adecuarnos al modelo de integración que necesite el cliente.
5. Con el tiempo, asesorarás y generarás propuestas de integración adaptadas al formato del cliente. Serás tú quien decidas qué hacer y cuándo dentro del Sprint.
6. Programarás la transformación entre los distintos formatos de datos entre el ERP del cliente y estándar del destino.
7. Te ocuparás de la fase de testeo (test funcionales) antes de su puesta en marcha.
8. Capacitarás y darás soporte técnico al cliente.
9. Llevarás la puesta en producción y fase de estabilización.

Te acompañaremos realizando tutorizaciones recurrentes y continuas, cada tres meses durante el primer año, para que te sientas guiado.

Qué buscamos en ti:

• Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Geodesia, Matemáticas, Física con habilidades en TI y programación. Técnico Superior en Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Multiplataformas y Técnico Superior en Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Web.
• Se valora experiencia previa en las tecnologías requeridas y en las responsabilidades definidas, así como recién titulados o candidaturas de estudiantes de últimos años de grado que busquen estabilidad y carrera profesional.
• Persona con gran capacidad de trabajo y disciplinada. Facilidad de comunicación, resolutiva y trato agradable.
• Buen nivel de inglés (mínimo B2). Valoramos italiano, portugués, francés, turco, árabe, holandés, alemán o polaco.

About The Job

Reverse engineering is at the heart of how Zyte stays ahead in the banning war. We've cracked some of the hardest antibots on the web — but the ground shifts weekly: antibots ship new sensor formats overnight, obfuscation schemes mutate, and new fingerprinting surfaces appear faster than any team could chase by hand.

This role is not about solving tickets one at a time. It's about building the tools, pipelines, and automation that let both engineers and AI agents solve them at scale. You will be the person who turns a reverse-engineering breakthrough into reusable tooling, who automates the investigation that used to take days into a readout that takes minutes, and who feeds the intelligence our AI systems learn from. You'll work at the intersection of deep JS/VM reverse engineering and modern AI-assisted engineering — using LLMs and agentic tooling aggressively to compress the loop between "new detection surface discovered" and "solution shipped."

If you're energized by wielding AI to multiply your own output, by automating away manual toil, and by working on problems where the adversary is smart and the target moves — this is the seat.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Reverse-engineer the hardest antibot and fingerprinting systems on the web, across JS VMs, WASM, and polymorphic/obfuscated code
• Build the JS function tracing, deobfuscation pipelines, and fingerprint-inspection tooling that turn manual reverse-engineering investigations into fast, repeatable, largely automated workflows
• Use AI aggressively — LLMs, agents, and custom automation — to deobfuscate, classify, and diagnose detection surfaces, and to rapidly prototype and ship tooling that previously would have taken weeks
• Build and maintain website intel pipelines with checkpointed history, so that when an antibot ships an update we diff against a known-good baseline instead of rediscovering the problem from scratch
• Feed our AI reverse-engineering and ban-resolution systems the context, signals, and structured intelligence they need to autonomously resolve the majority of cases
• Codify one-off reverse-engineering wins into durable capability — tools, rules, and pipelines usable by other engineers and by AI agents alike
• Collaborate across engineering to fold your tooling into the custom browser and automation stack, and mentor others in AI-augmented reverse-engineering technique

• A hacker mindset — able to rapidly develop proof-of-concepts and working tools to get to a result, and comfortable with the inherent uncertainty and open-endedness of the work
• Demonstrated use of AI tooling (LLMs, coding agents, automation) to accelerate your own engineering, with a strong instinct for what to automate and when
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js and Python, with a broad programming background and exceptional problem-solving ability
• Strong research, debugging, fuzzing, and reverse-engineering skills, including static, dynamic, and concolic analysis

En CAS Training buscamos incorporar a un/a Consultor/a Senior Genesys Cloud para un importante proyecto en una destacada empresa del sector de alarmas.

👌Modalidad: Híbrido (con un porcentaje predominantemente remoto)

📍Ubicación: Madrid

⏰Horario: Lunes a jueves de 08:00hs a 17:00hs | Viernes de 08:00 a 15:00 hs (durante todo el año)

🌟Tareas:

• Diseñar, configurar y desplegar flujos de IVR (Architect) en Genesys Cloud para enrutamiento, identificación y autenticación.

• Desarrollar e integrar el canal WhatsApp Business en Genesys Cloud (plantillas, enrutamiento digital y BSUID).

• Configurar y optimizar campañas Outbound y Skill Based Dialling cumpliendo políticas de Fair Use.

• Actuar como referente técnico del proyecto en plataformas de Contact Center.

🎯Requisitos:

• Experiencia de 3 a 6 años en Genesys Universal Scripting y Node.js.

• Titulación en Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior, Diplomatura o Ingeniería Técnica.

• Nivel avanzado de inglés (B2/C1) hablado y escrito para trabajo con equipos internacionales.

• Experiencia sólida en desarrollo de flujos IVR con Architect (Genesys Cloud) o Composer/ININ (Genesys OnPrem).

• Experiencia en integración de WhatsApp Business API en plataformas Contact Center.

• Conocimientos en marcado basado en habilidades (Skill Based Dialling) y gestión de campañas Outbound.

• Manejo de REST APIs de Genesys Cloud, Data Actions, Webhooks, JavaScript y JSON.

• Conocimiento en canales digitales (chat, SMS) y configuración de ACD / enrutamiento digital.

• Valorable experiencia en herramientas de analítica (Speech/Text Analytics, dashboards de contactabilidad).

• Valorable conocimiento de marco regulatorio telefónico (STIR/SHAKEN, Ley SAC, prefijos).
