What are we looking for?
- Hands-on experience with enterprise CDPs (Treasure Data, Salesforce Data Cloud, etc.).
- Strong understanding of customer identity unification, segmentation, and activation use cases.
- Proficiency in building APIs, microservices, and data pipelines in a cloud environment (Azure preferred).
- Solid grasp of real-time and batch data processing.
- Proven track record of scaling platforms and leading engineering teams.
- Strong technical expertise in software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Java is must. In addition, one or more programming languages and frameworks (e.g., , Python, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js).
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms and services ideally on Azure Cloud.
- Strong understanding of database technologies (e.g., relational databases, NoSQL databases, data warehouses).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across organizational boundaries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving business growth through data-driven decision-making.
- Relevant certifications data architecture, data management certifications are a plus
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Own the technical vision and architecture for extending the CDP platform with custom services, APIs, and data workflows.
- Scale the CDP to support millions of customer profiles, real-time data ingestion, and downstream activation at low latency.
- Drive innovation in identity resolution, profile unification, and segmentation capabilities.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers (backend, frontend, full stack) focused on CDP application engineering.
- Establish engineering best practices around coding, testing, observability, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements and business use cases.
- Build APIs and connectors to integrate the CDP with enterprise applications (CRM, marketing automation, personalization engines, analytics platforms).
- Partner with the platforms team on infrastructure, DevOps, and enterprise integration touchpoints, ensuring smooth interoperability.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability of customer profiles and segments.
- Implement engineering controls for data lineage, quality, and governance inside the CDP.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Establish monitoring, SLAs, and operational excellence practices for CDP services.

Requisitos:

¿Que harás?
- Diseñar y maquetar páginas web corporativas y de producto.
- Gestionar y evolucionar nuestras webs en WordPress utilizando temas propios.

- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo dentro de un entorno de desarrollo ágil.
- Experiencia trabajando con Figma.
