About the role
As a PMO Intern, you will work closely with our project leads to maintain the organizational framework that supports our client engagements. You will be part of a team that prizes logic and thorough documentation, helping us monitor deadlines and resource allocation across various workstreams. What you will do
- Update project timelines and track progress against established milestones for the renewable energy client.
- Prepare summary reports for regular internal reviews to ensure all team members stay informed on project status.
- Assist in the preparation of document templates and organized reporting folders to maintain organizational clarity.
- Coordinate scheduling for team syncs and record meeting minutes to capture key decisions and action items.
- Monitor project data and tracker entries to help the team remain within defined operational parameters.
- Support the collection of information for monthly performance reviews, ensuring all details are accurate and verified.
- Facilitate communication between different project contributors by ensuring relevant documentation is shared promptly.
- Review project files for consistency in formatting and adherence to firm-wide professional standards.
- Contribute to the refinement of internal project management processes to help improve overall team efficiency.
- Strong academic background in business administration, finance, management, or a related field of study.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple small tasks without losing sight of the core objective.
- A clear and professional communication style, both in writing and during virtual team discussions.
- Basic familiarity with project management principles and standard office productivity tools.
- A logical approach to problem-solving and a preference for structured, methodical work environments.
