Your TasksResponsibility for the international rollout of the HR Chatbot including coordination with HR in different countriesConsulting for HR teams on the optimal use of the HR ChatbotAnalyzing Chatbot usage and identifying improvement potentialsManage operations of the HR ChatbotClose collaboration with other HR Teams and technical expertsStrong interface work with Sales and LogisticsRapid assessment of business needs and delivery of effective solutions

Job requirementsBachelors degree in HR, Computer Science, or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of professional experience in the HR field, ideally with a focus on technology and digitalizationGood technical understanding with relevant knowledge in Chatbot Technologies, Automation, and User ExperienceExperience in managing international transformation/digitalization projectsExperience in agile project management methodsStrong communication skills, team player, and solution oriented personalityFluent English skills in spoken and written form, optional German skillsIntercultural competence in an international environament
