We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented professional to join BRESH’s Marketing team as a Regional Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will own the go-to-market plan for a specific region, driving ticket sales for our parties and ensuring every event reaches sold-out status.

This position combines strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration with local promoters, Executive Producers and key internal areas. You will play a key role in translating BRESH’s global marketing strategy into regional success stories.

You’ll be joining a fast-growing marketing team, where there is room to shape processes, bring creativity, and learn in a global environment. With BRESH selling tickets in more than 30 countries, this is a unique opportunity to grow in the live entertainment industry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Design and execute regional go-to-market plans: Build and lead the marketing strategy for all events in your region, aligning with global guidelines while adapting to local needs. Your focus will be to drive ticket sales, identify risks or deviations, and ensure every party moves toward sold-out status.

  • Collaborate with local partners: Work closely with the region’s Executive Producer and local promoters to shape the right strategy, leverage available sales channels, and provide them with the tools, assets, and support they need to maximize results.

  • Own the commercial levers: Manage and allocate the regional marketing budget, define campaigns across paid, organic, and email marketing, and continuously monitor ticket pricing performance to ensure competitiveness and strong positioning.

  • Optimize sales channels and retention: Develop and execute strategies to improve conversion rates, maximize customer lifetime value (CLV), and boost retention, making sure audiences keep choosing BRESH time and time again.

  • Listen, learn, and adapt: Track cultural and entertainment trends in your region, gather post-event insights, and translate feedback into actionable improvements for future events.

  • Drive continuous growth: Monitor performance in real time, test and optimize campaigns, and collaborate with global Marketing, Content, Creative, PR, and Sponsorships to make sure BRESH reaches the right people, in the right way, every time.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You’ve spent at least 3 years making things sell out; whether that’s a concert, a hotel, a sports game, or even a cruise ship. If there was a deadline and seats to fill, you know the feeling.

  • You get a thrill from numbers and creativity at the same time: tracking data, spotting patterns, and then acting fast to push sales higher.

  • You know your way around budgets, channels, and campaigns; from email blasts to TikTok ads; and can make them all work together.

  • You adapt quickly, influence others, and keep everyone moving toward the same goal: a full house, every time.

  • And above all: you love entertainment and connecting people through unforgettable live experiences.
