As a Reservation Sales Agent, you are often the first voice or message a guest receives from Castell Son Claret. Your task is not just to sell a room, but to represent the elegance and warmth of our hotel. Every enquiry, whether by phone or email, is handled with precision, passion, and personal attention.

You work closely with our reservation supervisor and sales & marketing team to manage daily bookings, ensure seamless data entry, and support upselling opportunities that elevate the guest experience.

Guest Contact & Conversion

- Handle individual reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with charm and professionalism.

- Convert leads into bookings through attentive listening, product knowledge, and personalisation.

- Ensure all reservations are accurately entered and confirmed using Opera Cloud.

Upselling & Personalisation

- Suggest upgrades and tailored add-ons in line with guest profiles and needs.

- Ensure every booking reflects attention to detail, from preferences to special occasions.

Collaboration & Coordination

- Liaise with Front Office and Housekeeping regarding guest arrivals and room assignments.

- Support group arrivals through preparation of materials and coordination of preferences.

Standards & Systems

- Uphold the standards and tone of Castell Son Claret across all communications.

- Maintain accurate documentation and internal notes for all bookings.

- Experience in reservations, guest relations, or front office in the luxury hotel sector.

- Warm, articulate communication in German and English.

- Attention to detail and pride in delivering refined service.

- Familiarity with Opera Cloud or similar PMS is a plus.
