For our Store in Madrid Fuencarral we're looking for an experienced and motivated Permanent Client Advisor (40H) .

- Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all time
- Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions
- Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them
- Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
- Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs.
- Prove Brand and product knowledge
- Manage payment operations including return, refund, remote sales, tax-free in a punctual and accurate manner
- Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor
- Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors
- Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives
- Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and create a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance
- Previous experience in sales roles; experience in structured Luxury Fashion/Retail companies is an asset.
- Passionate about Retail, Customer Service and commercial mindset.
- Excellent knowledge of the luxury sector and product sensibilities
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to grow in the organization; willingness to relocate is an a plussset.
- Digital awareness and openness to new ways of working.
- Are a Brand Ambassador that has a passion for premium denim and Diesel culture.
- Have fluent in English and Spanish, the knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus.
- We are looking for candidates with strong competencies in Decision Making, Strategic Thinking, Financial Acumen, Innovation, Focus on Customer and Execution.
