Your Role:You will support the Human Resources Department at the pharmaceutical site located in Mollet del Vallès (Barcelona), participating in tasks such as contact with temporary employment agencies (ETTs), headcount follow-up, monitoring plant absenteeism, liaising with health insurance providers, and supporting onboarding processes.

Who You Are

• University degree in Labour Relations, Business Administration (ADE), or a similar field.
• Outstanding academic record.
• High motivation and passion for finding solutions to all types of challenges.
• Having your own car is preferred.
