Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a passionate and proactive German Junior Campaign & Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in Barcelona. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to kick-start their career in campaign management and digital marketing within an energetic and international environment. You will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns tailored to German-speaking markets, contributing to brand growth and customer engagement.

- Assist in the creation, implementation, and management of marketing campaigns targeting German-speaking audiences
- Support market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to design marketing materials and ensure timely campaign delivery
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing reports to recommend improvements
- Contribute to content creation including social media posts, email marketing, and other promotional materials
- Stay updated on industry trends and marketing best practices relevant to German markets
- Fluent in German (written and spoken); knowledge of English and/or Spanish is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and campaign management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as social media, email marketing software, and analytics tools is desirable
- Willingness to work in Barcelona and be part of a multicultural team
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced marketing environment
