ABOUT NUOVIT HOMES

At Nuovit Homes, we are looking to strengthen our commercial team with a motivated Floating Sales Advisor to support our residential developments across Málaga and the Costa del Sol, moving between sales offices and show homes wherever the team needs it.

We are seeking a professional with strong sales skills, client orientation and the flexibility to work at a different development from one day, week or month to the next, managing the full buyer journey in a dynamic, international real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Cover the sales offices and show homes of different developments, rotating daily, weekly or monthly as needed
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead follow-up to reservation and completion
• Conduct property presentations and client visits, both onsite and remotely
• Provide an excellent customer experience tailored to each buyer's needs
• Coordinate with agencies and the sales team of each development
• Keep client tracking and reporting up to date using AI tools

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in sales, ideally in new-build or off-plan residential property
• Strong commercial and negotiation abilities, with a results-driven mindset
• Hands-on use of AI tools to manage leads, follow-ups and client communication
• Full flexibility to change location daily, weekly or monthly, plus weekend availability on demand
• Driving licence and own car
• Client-focused approach, with the ability to understand expectations and build trust
• Highly organized, able to prioritize and adapt quickly to a new site and team

Languages

• Very fluent English, C1–C2 (essential)
• Fluent Spanish (required)
• Additional languages are a plus, especially: Polish, Finnish, Swedish / Norwegian / Dutch / German
