Location: Puerto Banús, Marbella | Office-based

Marbella For Sale is an established real estate agency helping international clients buy, sell, and rent property on the Costa del Sol since 2007. We are looking for a confident, organised, and motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our friendly team in Puerto Banús.

You will be a first point of contact for prospective clients, identifying their property requirements and arranging appointments for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact incoming leads and follow up with prospective buyers by telephone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Understand clients’ requirements, budgets, preferred locations, and purchasing timescales.
• Arrange property viewings and appointments with our sales team.
• Reconnect with existing enquiries and maintain regular follow-up.
• Keep accurate records of client conversations and activity in our intranet.
• Work towards agreed targets for calls, qualified leads, and appointments.
• Represent Marbella For Sale professionally in every interaction.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• At least one additional language, preferably Dutch, French, German, Russian, or a Scandinavian language.
• Confident telephone manner, strong listening skills, and a client-focused approach.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Marbella and the wider Costa del Sol.
• Strong organisation and consistent follow-up.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and everyday office software.
• Previous real estate experience is an advantage.
• The right to work in Spain and availability to work from our Puerto Banús office.
