If you are looking for a script to read like a robot, or a simple data entry job, please DO NOT APPLY. You will waste everyone's time. We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup in the AI & Cybersecurity space (ASPM). We sell complex technical solutions to CTOs and CISOs globally. We don't need a "Sales Rep". We need a Hunter & Detective.


THE ROLE:

Your job is not to spam. Your job is to generate quality conversations for the Founders.

  • Deep Research: You will find companies that have specific security vulnerabilities.
  • Sniper Outreach: You will craft hyper-personalized messages (Email/LinkedIn) that prove you understand their pain.
  • Tech Learning: You must understand our product. If you don't know what an API is, you must be willing to learn in 24 hours.


YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF:

  • You have High "Figure-it-out" energy: You don't wait for instructions; you Google it, learn it, and propose a solution.
  • You hate being micromanaged: You want a clear goal (meetings booked) and the freedom to achieve it your way.
  • Your English is impeccable: Not just grammar, but TONE. You can sound like a peer to a CTO, not a service desk agent. Extra European languages are a bonus, not a requirement.
  • You've actually built pipeline before: Outbound prospecting, lead generation, CRM and sales engagement tools aren't foreign concepts — you know how to run a discovery call that uncovers real pain, not just recite a pitch.
  • You can build relationships that go somewhere: Business development isn't a buzzword for you. You know how to qualify an opportunity and grow a territory, not just log activity in a CRM.
  • Your background backs you up (in one way or another): A Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Technology, or similar helps — but time in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or developer-facing products, plus a real track record of figuring things out, matters more than the degree itself.
  • You're set up to work remotely from País Vasco and can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
