Psd group are working with a hotel based in Mallorca, which has sweeping sea views and are now looking for a Finance Manager to strengthen their finance team, where you will play a key role in maintaining the financial strength and operational excellence of their iconic hotel.

The Role

As their Finance Manager, you will be responsible for safeguarding the hotel’s financial health, providing financial guidance, and ensuring robust strategic oversight.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading cash flow management, forecasting, and fixed-deposit planning to ensure liquidity and utilisation of funds
• Overseeing banking relationships, credit card operations and financial policies
• Ensuring compliance with company financial directives, bank loan covenants, and regional tax regulations
• Managing treasury activities which will include cash positions, loans, and financial instruments
• Manage the finance teams workloads and provide team development
• Prepare monthly financial reporting for senior stakeholders across the group
• Coordinating insurance renewals and stakeholder communications
• Partnering with the group corporate finance teams for updates on budgeting, long-term planning and their group-wide initiatives

About You

For this key Finance Manager role, the company are looking for a detail-driven finance professional who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment.

The key skills required for the role will include:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Proven hotel finance knowledge and Team management experience
• Strong knowledge of hospitality finance processes
• Hands-on experience in treasury operations and banking partnerships
• A solid understanding of local tax regulations, VAT processes
• Fluency in English and Spanish ; additional languages are a plus
