Ralph Lauren is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Brand Image Specialist to join our team. As a Brand Image Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving profitable growth by achieving set financial goals for your rotation throughout the year, while maintaining efficient time management through adherence to rotation schedules and frequencies. You will be responsible for conducting regular analysis and breakdown of your plans, reviewing them regularly for improvement, and providing consistent feedback to staff in corner locations.
Prioritizing focus on high turnover doors to maximize sales potential and developing action plans to address underperforming doors will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will optimize the utilization of office days for efficient productivity and effectively manage the T&E budget by monitoring and controlling expenses.
In addition to driving profitable growth, you will be tasked with elevating the brand by strategically planning layouts and effectively interpreting directives to enhance the overall brand image. This will involve engaging in proactive discussions with staff and sales teams to plan layouts based on factors such as stock availability, customer preferences, location-specific considerations, and account requirements. Creativity will be encouraged as you utilize available stock and tools to create innovative and appealing displays.
Furthermore, you will streamline communication and training for Sales, Training, Account, and Funded staff in the corners, while fostering effective feedback to the business and promoting the development of the Ralph Lauren team. Building strong relationships with funded staff in the corners, maintaining relationships with relevant sales managers, and staying in constant communication with your manager will be crucial elements of this role. Additionally, you will inspire and motivate corner staff, facilitate staff induction to Ralph Lauren, and conduct training sessions in top doors for individuals unable to attend seasonal training.

- Stay in constant communication with your CSM and take actions based on the SVR feedback.
- Provide comprehensive updates to your manager regarding all aspects of your region.
- Inspire and motivate corner staff, serving as a source of inspiration and guidance.
- Facilitate staff induction to Ralph Lauren and conduct training sessions in top doors for individuals unable to attend seasonal training
- Previous experience in retail management or sales, preferably in a luxury brand environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Communication skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both in writing and in verbal conversation with, peers, supervisors and direct reports in English language
