About The Role

If Revolut is a rocket ship — and we like to think it's – Product Marketing is what propels us past the competition in the eyes of our customers. Working with Product, Design, Data Science, Engineering, Growth, and just about any other team you can think of, our superstar Product Marketers help develop jaw-dropping products, then show off how beneficial they are to millions of people through killer campaigns.

As a Creative Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for adopting and localising the product positioning, global marketing, and brand campaigns, contributing to the local social media strategy, researching, and advocating for customers, and owning the strategy for new customer-facing products and features launched in your specific market.

You'll work with the Head of Growth of your market to deliver highly impactful campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement for Revolut’s products. You'll partner with a high-performing cross-functional team across Product, Marketing, Design, Brand, and Growth departments to achieve shared goals and KPIs.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working closely with the Head of Growth of your country to adopt global go-to-market launch strategies, including messaging and product positioning
  • Collaborate with local language experts to customise global marketing campaigns for local audiences
  • Adapting lifecycle communications, social media, product marketing, brand campaigns, and other global initiatives to make them locally relevant
  • Running seasonal and product marketing campaigns relevant to your specific market only
  • Identifying user needs by deeply understanding our customers and how our product works locally in order to create data-driven, actionable insights for product and marketing teams

What You'll Need

  • Experience in either B2B or B2C growth or marketing in a fast-paced environment (preferably in a hyper growth global tech company)
  • Experience working closely with copywriting and design teams to develop creative, engaging content
  • A strong track record in consumer marketing and an understanding of in-product, digital, PR, and offline activations channels
  • Passion about Revolut’s products and knowledge of markets and the competitive landscape in the fintech or payments industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as a charismatic, people-person with the ability to talk to anyone and work in an ever-changing startup environment
  • Fluency in English and one of the native Nordics languages e.g. Swedish, Danish, Norwegian
