- We're Hiring! Reservations Agent – Spain & Portugal At Your Trip to Spain & Portugal , we design tailor-made journeys filled with authenticity, elegance, and attention to detail. Behind every unforgettable trip, there's a meticulous coordination process — and that's where you come in. We're looking for a Reservations Agent to join our team and help us turn exceptional travel ideas into perfectly executed experiences. What we're looking for: ? Solid knowledge of Spain and Portugal as travel destinations. ? Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). ? Highly organized , methodical , and detail-oriented . ? Comfortable managing multiple bookings, suppliers, and last-minute changes. ? Strong sense of responsibility , problem-solving , and teamwork. ? Previous experience in travel agencies, DMCs, or hospitality will be highly valued. Your main tasks: ? Managing hotel, driver, guide, and experience reservations. Communicating with local partners to confirm services and logistics. Supporting Travel Designers in the coordination of itineraries. ? Ensuring every trip runs smoothly and to the highest standard.
