At Allianz Technology, we are the global driving force behind digital transformation and IT services for the Allianz Group. Our Central Functions Controlling team is pivotal in ensuring financial efficiency and strategic alignment across our technology operations.

As a Controlling Intern for Central Functions at Allianz Technology, you will gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning within a tech-driven environment. You will work closely with our Controlling team to support various financial processes and projects that enhance the effectiveness of our central functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support the month-end and other periodic closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
• Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and variances relevant to technology operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate financial information.
• Provide administrative support to the Controlling team as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
• Interest in technology and its impact on financial processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their practical applications is a plus.

We are currently searching for a Strategic Sourcer / Executive Recruiter to join our team located in Spain or Hungary. This role combines deep market research, creative sourcing strategies, and high-touch relationship management to build strong talent pipelines and support leadership hiring across the organization.

What You Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive-level roles, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Partner with senior leadership, hiring managers, and people business partners to understand organizational needs, position requirements, and long-term talent goals.
• Develop and execute customized search strategies for niche, confidential, or business-critical leadership roles, conducting thorough assessments and interviews.
• Utilize advanced sourcing tools and techniques to proactively research and map talent across the tech industry, geographies, and companies, building strong talent pipelines.
• Track and analyze talent trends, competitor insights, and best practices around hiring and market availability.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, manage communication with headhunting agencies, and work closely with People Business partners.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and processes, collaborating with Employer Branding and communication teams to enhance appeal to executive talent and contribute to inclusion and fairness.
  
  

What You Bring

• Proven experience and success in active sourcing and headhunting for executive-level positions.
• Mastery of sourcing tools and Success Factors Recruiting.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of executive recruitment best practices and tech industry trends and profiles.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• English, as it is our main language in the company.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
