En Ampere seguimos creciendo y ahora buscamos un Auxiliar Administrativo que se incorpore en el Equipo de Administración y Finanzas.
Descripción del puesto
Como auxiliar administrativo en Ampere Energy, apoyarás en tareas administrativas y contables diarias. Tus responsabilidades incluirán la gestión de documentos, atención telefónica, comunicación interna y externa, y asistencia a la dirección ejecutiva.
Requisitos
- Formación ciclo superior en Administración y Finanzas o similar.
- Experiencia de al menos 3 años en puesto similar.
- Habilidades adicionales como organización, capacidad de trabajar en equipo y atención a los detalles serán muy valoradas.

Your responsibilities
- Operation & Maintenance supervision of PV power plants
- System monitoring and data analyses to maximise the plant performance
- Supervision of O&M subcontractors
- Site visits
- Regular and specific reporting
- Cost estimation and support in O&M contract negotiations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering, Renewable energy or a comparable degree
- Experience in Project management or operation of facilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, which underlines your ability to effectively utilize essential tools for data analysis, documentation, and communication
- Business fluency in English and Spanish. Any other European language is advantageous

The Opportunity
Hitachi Energy, High Voltage Products is implementing Digital solutions like Digital Passport System (DPS) & Digital Factory to become its global solution for global traceability, from suppliers to end-customers. DPS is a cloud-based platform that attaches unique digital identity and critical quality information to each of our products and allows immediate end-to-end identification and location of affected units if quality issues were detected.
For our team, based in Spain, we are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer who has experience as well in the Business Analyst area.
The candidate can be located in Barcelona or Madrid; priority will be given to candidate who are based in Barcelona.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Maintain and update design systems and style guides.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into functional specifications and user stories.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with business goals, and create detailed functional documentation for projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer and Business Analyst.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Strong knowledge of requirement gathering techniques, business process modeling, and documentation standards.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in an agile development environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills are a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and articulate
