Somos IPLAN GESTIÓN INTEGRAL, empresa vinculada a servicios de ingeniería desarrollados fundamentalmente en el sector eléctrico, obra civil, energías renovables, medio ambiente y legalizaciones. Formamos parte de VULCAIN ENGINEERING, grupo internacional francés de empresas de ingeniería con un enfoque multisectorial, que trabaja en las distintas áreas claves de la infraestructura y de la energía.
Actualmente nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Administrativo/a - Área de Alta Tensión para cubrir baja, para incorporarse a nuestra oficina de Sevilla.
Tus funciones serán:
- Realizar la gestión integral documentaria y dar soporte de éstas, en los diferentes proyectos asignados a la oficina.
- Gestión y revisión de documentación de clientes y apoyo en la gestión documental del departamento de Alta Tensión.
- Certificar en las plataformas correspondientes los trabajos realizados.
- Controlar y hacer seguimiento de los procesos administrativos en curso.
- Realizar las gestiones administrativas propias del puesto y cualquier otra función de apoyo que se requiera en el departamento.
Perfil requerido:
- Formación de Grado Medio o Superior en administración y/o formación en electricidad.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año ejerciendo puesto similar.
- Nivel alto de paquete office.
- Estar habituado/a a la gestión de documentación técnica.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y proactividad.

Digital Project Coordinator with web manager/developer skills at our Spanish office. Eventually is looking for a dedicated employee for our digital department, with a base in our Spanish office.
If you are passionate about digital solutions, can work in teams across departments, enjoy a hectic and fun workday, and can handle several balls in the air at the same time, we are looking for you!
In the digital department, we work with setting up tools for many of our events – registration sites, websites, event apps and much more.
We're also – to a smaller extent – responsible for putting together virtual events, from recordings to dry runs to production and live shows.
Finally, we're also the department that colleagues reach out to if they need any type of digital solutions for events (photobooth, scanning, etc.
)
We use a lot of different platforms and tools, and there's always room for new ideas and ways to solve tasks.
We are super busy, which is why we need a new colleague to join us as soon as possible.
Work tasks Your focus will primarily be on setting up tools, preparing sites and registration and/or app processes in collaboration with our skilled project managers and often in direct contact with customers.
In addition, you will also work with virtual events (everything from helping with remote recordings to assisting during the event).
Your Workday Will Typically Consist Of
Oversee our web solutions, including company website (updates and maintenance)Setting up participant registration for our eventsSetting up apps for use at the event (via existing app providers)Preparing information emails and other communications to participants before, during and after the eventSupport and troubleshooting throughout the eventIn some cases, we will also keep track of the event 'inbox' (event-specific email address), where we act in the name of the event and respond to attendee inquiriesWorking with virtual events (remote recordings, speaker handling/training, dry runs, live shows, production, show flows etc.
)Research & implementation of various digital solutions (attendee scanning, digital activities, etc.
)There will also be the opportunity to participate onsite at some of our events, in Denmark or abroad, as agreed with the project teams and the rest of the department.Qualifications We expect a solid web manager background and expertise.
You have a nose for digital solutions and can easily work as part of a team.
We don't require a specific education or background, but it's important that part of you loves to geek out with lists, systems and that you're not afraid to sit in front of your screen all day.
You should be comfortable moving around the internet, able to understand words like resolution, usability and deadlines.
It's crucial that you speak and write English fluently (you will be working with a majority of Danish colleagues, and we have many international customers where everything is done in English).
If you know other languages – that's a bonus.
