What You´ll Do
- Executes local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing/acquire new customers
- Executes customer roadmap and manages/closes respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities
- Executes pricing actions
- Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors
- Provides input to manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory
- Coordinates with TCS to conduct line trials/(re)solve customer requests and complaints
- Delivers KP OSG and PC % in territory/at defined account
- Ensures sales strategies with sustainability goals
- Monitors competitor activities, pricing, positioning
- Leverages CRM tools, data analytics, and automation to enhance sales performance
- Living area in North West of Spain mandatory (Lugo, La Coruna, Asturias area)
- Ability to work the majority of working time in the field (70-80%) with B2B industrial customers
- Experience in Sales industry (chemistry, adhesives, metal, etc.)
- Bachelor/Master degree in Industrial Engineering or Chemicals or a similar technical field, with chemical knowledge
- Fluent Spanish, upper intermediate English (Portuguese is only a plus)
- Demonstrated interest in selling innovative surface treatment solutions in various B2B industries
- Trustworthy and relationship builder in a technical environment
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Experienced in MS Office, (Power BI and SAP is a plus)
