Investment Analyst – (Immediate Start)

Madrid, Spain | On-site | Fluent English Required

We are hiring an Analyst to join our team specializing in alternative investments, including real estate acquisitions, non-performing loans, bankruptcy claims, and direct lending. The role offers hands-on exposure to deal structuring, investment analysis, transaction execution, and portfolio monitoring.

Ideal candidates will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. This is a growth-oriented position with a clear path to managerial responsibilities within approximately two years.

What We Do

We specialize in:

• Real estate acquisitions
• Purchase of non-performing (mostly secured) loans
• Acquisition of unsecured bankruptcy claims
• Direct lending operations

Your Role

You’ll work closely with the Team and be involved in:

• Investment analysis and financial modeling
• Preparing investment memos and presenting to the Investment Committee
• Supporting deal origination and execution
• Coordinating transaction closings and post-deal integration
• Monitoring and reporting on investment performance
• Participating in due diligence and underwriting processes

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent English (C1/C2 level) – essential for daily communication
• Immediate availability
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of real estate, insolvency processes, and financial modeling
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word
• A proactive, accountable, and ethical mindset
