What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a passionate hospitality student eager to start his career path in the Front Office area. You will have the opportunity to be fully immersed in this field, learning at different levels of responsibility and working in team. As a Front Office Intern you will gain valuable knowledge about procedures and all the operational aspects of Front Office. You will be trained in delivering the highest level of service while working closely with other departments of the Hotel. You will be exposed to a luxury environment and experience different types of services in various situations, learn how to deal with various payment methods, welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and procedures. The main duties that you will be involved in will include:
- Checks in guest in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible. Assures that guest is assigned type of room requested, credit or method of payment is established, the correct rate is charged and issues correct keys to the guest.
- Arranges for luggage to be delivered to guest room.
- Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill.
- Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists guests inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner.
- Utilizes a variety of computer systems to check guests in and out, run daily reports and select and block rooms for arriving guests.
A genuine passion for delivering the highest level of service is needed. You should have attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player and bring your personal touch and energy to our guest experiences. We are looking for a special individual, who shares our passion for excellence and delights in the magic of curating special experiences and memories for our guests. The candidate must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work on shifts, weekends and holidays. What We Offer
Through this internship opportunity, we're hoping to provide a high caliber learning experience. The objective is that you take as many in-demand job skills as possible, rotating through different positions or through different tasks, in an environment of excellence and continuous improvement. This opportunity entails:
- Full time 6-months internship (40h/day), in rotating shifts (8h/day). 2 days off per week, and we are including 30 minutes for lunch within the working day.

- Supervisar las piscinas y los toboganes;
- Velar por el cumplimiento de las condiciones de higiene y seguridad en la zona de piscinas;
- Asegurarte de que nuestros clientes cumplen las normas y reglamentos;
- Comprobar el equipamiento y avisar al departamento técnico si hay algún problema;
- Comprobar la temperatura y la calidad del agua de la piscina;
- Ser capaz de iniciar y supervisar evacuaciones de emergencia y primeros auxilios en caso de lesión, ahogamiento, enfermedad, etc.
- Participar en la limpieza de playas y piscinas.
