¿Qué estamos buscando?

The Role:

- Proven experience as a UX researcher, minimum 8 years of experience as UX researcher or service designer with wide research experience. With focus on leading research initiatives in complex, user-centric projects.

- Proficiency in a variety of research methodologies and tools. Qualitative research methods and techniques and software research tools (User Testint - Maze ...) and Quantitative research experience, designing quantitaitve research plans, A/B tasting and surveys.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Position Description

La planta cántabra de Nestlé La Penilla con una plantilla media de 890 empleados es una de las mayores que tiene la multinacional en Europa, produce chocolate, productos de confitería, cacao soluble, cereales infantiles y leche en polvo, entre otras cosas.

La planta se encuentra ubicada en Cantabria, Santa María de Cayón y a menos de 30 kilómetros de Santander.

Estamos buscando ingeniero/a con formación preferiblemente en la rama industrial, en las especialidades de mecánica o tecnologías industriales, con orientación a la gestión de proyectos y mantenimiento en una fábrica.

Tendrás la oportunidad de incorporarte a nuestros equipos de planta y reforzar los conocimientos y competencias para desarrollar tu carrera dentro de la organización del Departamento de Ingeniería de la Planta.

Serás responsable de proponer, estudiar y coordinar nuevos proyectos, mejoras o modificaciones a realizar en las instalaciones y/o líneas de producción de la Planta.

YOUR DAY TO DAY…

• Estudiar y definir las mejoras técnicas a implantar en cada área de competencia.
• Colaborar con el personal del equipo de Producción de cada área de competencia para definir las mejoras de proceso, producción, calidad, et…, necesarias a implantar.
• Preparar y desarrollar los proyectos de mejoras en las diferentes áreas de competencia de fábrica.
• Establecer las especificaciones de equipos, máquinas, sistemas y/o accesorios a implantar en las mejoras, solicitar presupuestos y realizar las solicitudes de pedido.
• Gestionar los trabajos y coordinarlos, para el desarrollo e implantación de las mejoras adjudicadas.
• Desempeñar la supervisión de la seguridad en los trabajos y coordinar con los responsables de las diferentes contratas y subcontratas.
• Gestionar los presupuestos destinados a las diferentes mejoras adjudicadas a cada área de competencia.
• Decidir la necesidad de contratación de personal externo para mejoras (contratas, autónomos, etc…), y gestionar y controlar sus actividades.
• Preparar el expediente técnico de las mejoras realizadas, definiendo el posterior nivel de mantenimiento predictivo y preventivo, y su periodicidad.
