• Job Summary: The Administrative Support Assistant will provide key administrative support to corporate departments and assist in coordinating activities related to project transitions. The main objective of this role is to ensure operational continuity and proper documentation and follow-up during organizational changes or project implementations.
  
  

• Assist in the preparation and tracking of administrative documentation (contracts, reports, meeting minutes, presentations).
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics for cross-functional teams involved in project transitions.
• Follow up on deliverables, milestones, and tasks assigned within ongoing or transitioning projects.
• Organize and maintain up-to-date project documentation (timelines, meeting notes, progress reports).
• Serve as a liaison between operational teams and corporate departments to facilitate the transfer of information.
• Support internal administrative processes such as vendor management, purchase orders, and expense control.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes related to project management.
  
  

• Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in organizational transitions or project implementation is a plus.

Westinghouse is actively seeking a talented Cyber Security Intern to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborating with managers and technical staff to solve problems and develop technical requirements
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Assist in maintaining security systems
• Develops or modifies operating procedures to mitigate security risks
• Build domain knowledge of environment to understand long-term risk areas that could develop as the systems evolve
• Assist in Cyber Security operations as needed including but not limited to assessments, reporting, documentation and incident response
• Promote security awareness and policy guidance to ensure user understanding and adherence
  
  

• Students pursing a degree or technical learning path in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or other related field.
• Broad scripting/programming skills (Java, Python, Bash, etc.)
• Experience with Linux servers
• Knowledge and/or experience of end point protection, vulnerability scanning and patching
• Knowledge and/or experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detections systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, etc.
• Strong analytical skills to perform effective troubleshooting
• Proactive research to prevent issues
• Attention to detail and work product validation
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple task simultaneously in high stress environment, independently and as part of team
• Team player able to effectively interact with colleagues and stake holders across the company

• Cyber security or threat intelligence experience – spam, malware, phishing, vulnerability management
• Knowledge of the newest areas of security including Cloud technology, Big Data environments, Mobility, and virtualization technologies (AWS, VMWare, Open Stack)

La persona realizará sus Trabajos en el Área de Special tests :

Tradicionalmente realizamos soporte a las Centrales Nucleares españolas en el área de ensayos eléctricos, pero también se desarrollan intervenciones en Centrales Eléctricas de tipo convencional y en industria.

Se busca titulado en Formación Profesional para integrarse en la organización de Pruebas.

La persona seleccionada será cualificada como Técnico de Ensayos Eléctricos.

Las Principales Responsabilidades Del Puesto Son

• Ejecución y supervisión de actividades de pruebas:
• Instalación de sensores eléctricos
• Ensayos en cableado para determinar grado de envejecimiento
• Ensayos en transformadores
• Ensayos en motores y generadores
• Preparación y puesta a punto de equipos y sistemas de prueba
• Calibración y mantenimiento de instrumentos
• Preparación de procedimientos, informes y dosieres de Calidad de estas actividades
  
  

• Titulación de Formación Profesional de especialidad eléctrica.
• Conocimientos de inglés de nivel B1
• Disponibilidad para realizar desplazamientos nacionales e internacionales
• Proactividad, flexibilidad y autonomía.
• Capacidad de trabajo en equipo
• Profesionalmente Expuesto a R.I.
• Se valorará experiencia previa en ensayos eléctricos.
