We are looking for an outstanding FP&A to join our team and support the Finance leadership, bringing sharp financial data analysis and business intelligence to help shape and enhance our capabilities.

What you'll own

Financial Planning, Forecasting and Modelling

• Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecast cycles.
• Build, update and maintain financial models (P&L, cash flow, revenue forecasts).
• Analyse variances vs. budget/ forecasts and provide clear explanations to leadership.
• Partner with regional leaders to align forecasts with operational realities and growth plans.
• Analysis of data to create business insight.

Management Reporting & Insights

• Prepare monthly performance reports including variance analysis vs. budget and prior periods.
• Deliver insights around margin, revenue mix, cost drivers, and operational KPIs.
• Provide commentary on risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
• Partner with Delivery and Sales to improve predictability of pipeline-to-revenue conversion.

Process Improvement & Systems

• Enhance forecasting accuracy through automation, process redesign, and tool implementation.
• Contribute to the evolution of financial systems and BI infrastructure.

Qualifications

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or another numerate discipline.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. financial modelling fundamentals, data analysis, pivot tables).
• Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly and concisely.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Internship or placement experience in FP&A, consulting, corporate finance, accounting, or a similar analytical role.
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting processes through academic projects or internships.
• Familiarity with professional services or an interest in understanding key metrics (e.g. utilisation, margins).
• Experience using CRM or ERP systems (e.g. Salesforce) is beneficial but not essential.
• Exposure to data visualisation or BI tools (e.g. Microsoft Power BI) is a plus.
