We're looking for Health Informatics Analysts to bring their clinical data expertise to one of the most exciting frontiers in tech: AI development. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your real-world experience with EHR systems and healthcare data directly shapes how AI understands and reasons about clinical information.

We're looking for Health Informatics Analysts to bring their clinical data expertise to one of the most exciting frontiers in tech: AI development. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your real-world experience with EHR systems and healthcare data directly shapes how AI understands and reasons about clinical information.

- Type: Hourly Contract
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Analyze and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data, EHR workflows, and clinical decision-making
- Apply your knowledge of health information systems to assess accuracy, completeness, and real-world applicability
- Identify errors, gaps, or misleading outputs in AI responses involving clinical or administrative healthcare scenarios
- Provide structured, expert feedback using clear rating rubrics and written notes
- Help train AI models to better understand and reason about complex healthcare environments
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- Experienced working with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
- Strong analytical skills with a background in data interpretation, reporting, or trend analysis
- Able to assess technical outputs critically and communicate findings clearly in writing
- Comfortable collaborating across clinical, technical, and operational domains
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
- Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or interoperability standards
- Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or healthcare administration
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside top research labs and AI teams
