About the Role

We’re looking for an Operations & Customer Service Intern to support our daily operations at CARRER. If you’re organized, proactive, and eager to gain practical, hands-on experience across multiple facets of the fashion industry, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

• Support the processing and follow-up of B2C orders, returns, shipments, and stock movements.
• Help monitor stock levels and delivery timelines to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and maintain Excel reports on orders, sales, and inventory.
• Assist in customer service, solving order-related queries and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to keep processes efficient and up-to-date.

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
• Confident with Excel (pivot tables, basic data analysis).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Interest in fashion, retail, and operational processes.
• Fluent in English.
