CRAFT are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Junior Data Strategy Analyst to support our Digital Data Strategy team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data, who will work on an AI-powered project. You will work closely with senior strategists to execute the operational aspects of our data-driven production strategies, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve and evolve the product through innovation. The ideal candidate balances a forward-thinking, improvement-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership over current delivery, ensuring execution excellence while driving future enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and analyze data from platforms such as GWI, Pulsar, and Dragonfly AI.
- Upload and manage assets in CreativeX, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and standards.
- Collaborate with the team to fulfil strategic reports.
- Maintain organized documentation and workflows to support efficient campaign execution.
EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE:
- Fluent professional English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and insights platforms such as GWI, Pulsar, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including campaign objectives, funnels, and platform-specific creative requirements (Meta, YouTube, TikTok).
- Basic knowledge of creative concepts and video formats, with interest in content and production optimization.
- High attention to detail, rigor, and quality control in execution.
- Ability to work within defined processes and frameworks, with a structured and organized mindset.
- Proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
