What you'll do:
As a Guest Experience Intern, you'll have a pivotal role in supporting our Commercial department. Your main focus will be on two key areas: Reservations and Guest Services:
Reservations:
- Offer support to convert leads into bookings.
- Guide tenants through the booking process to convert leads into bookings.
- Assist tenants throughout their booking process, considering their preferences for location, dates, budget, and facilities to suggest suitable options.
- Assist with payment management and rental arrangements.
Guest Services:
- Provide attentive assistance to tenants throughout their stay.
- Serve as the main contact for clients to report any issues related to their property, ensuring prompt and effective solutions within SLAs.
- Handle all calls professionally to meet monthly performance targets.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring the success of their stay.
- Address and resolve property maintenance and administrative issues promptly.
About you:
- Availability to work from Friday through Tuesday (including weekends).
- Recently graduated or a last year student of: Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
- Spanish is a must. English B2/C1 is desired.
